The limited release Inkará Shiraz grapes were carefully handpicked and selected from terroir specific vineyards to produce a premium quality wine. The grapes were picked at optimum ripeness to ensure soft round tannins and subtle ripe black fruit on the palate.

Complex amalgam of red berried fruit with soft tones of chocolate and espresso. Round and full mouth-feel showing mulberry, sweet spice and pepper with a silky texture and velvet character. Made to be enjoyed now or within 5 years.

Superb with robust dishes. Slow-cooked casseroles, “potjiekos” with lamb neck as well as all types of game.
